Mazen Salha
مازن صالحة


Mazen Salha was born in 1969 in the town of Ras El Matn, Lebanon. He studied at the University College of Aley, and then moved to Murcia, Spain in 1989 to train as a dental technician. During this time he developed an interest in the oud, and in 1996 he become associated with the 'Studio El Fan' - this enabled him to give many concerts, TV interviews and live TV shows, and in 2000 he produced his first CD.

This CD is a tribute to Philemon Wehbe, who composed many songs for the Lebanese singer Fairuz. It features a selection of his pieces played on oud with orchestral and choral accompaniment.
